What do you enjoy most about your role/team at Inframark? The teamwork and empowerment received daily from the Management team.
How do you think Inframark stands out from other management companies? Interesting enough, I have only worked for Inframark Management since 2008. When you find a great company that invests in your professional development, you invest in them.
How would you describe the culture at Inframark? The culture at Inframark is inclusive and welcoming. Inframark provides you the opportunity to grow and promotes within.
Why would you recommend someone consider working at Inframark? I have recommended several of my friends who are now my colleagues at Inframark. They are flourishing and moving upward in their professional careers.

What do you enjoy most about your role/team at Inframark? As far as my role is concerned, I really enjoy being able to help people and their communities. For many people, their home is their largest investment and I take pride in helping Associations protect that investment and ensure well maintained communities for their enjoyment. In regards to the team at Inframark, I love the support and collaboration across departments.
How do you think Inframark stands out from other management companies? I think what really helps Inframark stand out from other management companies is their partnerships with their clients and staff. Inframark does an amazing job of collaborating between the property managers and clients to ensure everyone’s needs are being met efficiently and balancing portfolios accordingly.
How would you describe the culture at Inframark? The culture at Inframark is very collaborative and motivating. Property Management is very fast paced, but with a diverse team of passionate innovators it is very rewarding.
Why would you recommend someone consider working at Inframark? I would recommend for someone to consider working at Inframark because of our people, our support, and the pure partnership aspect of our client relationships. Every person is different and every community is different, Inframark finds a way to balance that. Even while I was going through cancer treatment in 2020, I never doubted that I had support to continue my work.

What do you enjoy most about your role/team at Inframark? I love that I get with work with some great Boards and communities. And the team here is fun to be around and always willing to lend a hand when needed.
How do you think Inframark stands out from other management companies? Inframark is about their employees and clients. We are willing to what is needed to ensure clients are happy. We also respect our team – some management companies overload the managers and expect the same level of service to be given.
How would you describe the culture at Inframark Relaxed, welcoming, and supportive
Why would you recommend someone consider working at Inframark? Because the team here is wonderful and it’s a great work environment. Also, the support staff here is great and don’t overload your portfolio.
