Inframark, LLC, Acquires Two Subsidiaries of Meritus Corp.
District Management Services and Community Association Management Services join Inframark under the newly formed IMS-Meritus.
Katy, Texas, January 20, 2021 ─ Inframark, LLC, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of District Management Services (DMS) and Community Association Management Services (CAMS), both subsidiaries of Tampa, Fla.-based Meritus Corp. The sale was finalized on January 6th. DMS and CAMS have been successfully providing community development district (CDD) and homeowners’ association (HOA) management services to clients throughout Florida for over a decade and have cemented themselves as a leader in developer services for both. They join Inframark under the newly formed IMS-Meritus, LLC, which will continue to be led by its founder Brian Lamb and his team.
Having worked alongside with Meritus in the Florida market, Inframark was uniquely positioned to understand the services, reputation, and quality of work Mr. Lamb and his team deliver to their clients and their ability to help strengthen Inframark’s offering as a leader in the District Management and HOA Management business in Florida.
