Kelly Dixon | Promotion to Vice President of Client Services
Kelly Dixon has dedicated 34 years to the HOA industry and remains passionate about her work. She has been instrumental in building high-performing teams, creating growth opportunities, and focusing on client retention and business development. Her leadership extends to providing support for various departments and strengthening relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors.
Kelly holds multiple industry certifications, including CMCA, AMS, LCAM, and the prestigious PCAM designation. She is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified coach, speaker, and trainer. Kelly serves on the CAI Houston Chapter Board of Directors and actively volunteers with the CAI Community Outreach Committee, contributing to local community initiatives.
Kelly’s commitment to both professional and community development continues to make her a valuable asset and much appreciated colleague Inframark.
Melissa Hargrove | Promotion to Vice President of Developer and Onsite Services
Melissa Hargrove joined Inframark in 2003, with a background in account management. Her career in HOA management began with a strong focus on special projects, large-scale master-planned communities, and customer service. By 2004, she shifted to working with developing communities and managed operations for over 15,000 lots in Houston, including the prestigious Canyon Gate Communities.
In 2021, Melissa was promoted to Director of On-site Management, where she managed several large-scale properties, adding to her extensive contributions in community management. As an example, her leadership at Bridgeland, an 11,400-acre master-planned community, has helped the community and its staff thrive — which brings her great joy.
She holds multiple certifications, including CMCA, AMS, PCAM, and LSM, reflecting her dedication to professional development. Melissa is involved in mentoring young professionals, serving on committees within the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and promoting recognition for community managers. Melissa also currently serves on the CAI Nation Board of Trustees and the CAI National Managers Council since 2020.
Myla Moon | Promotion to Vice President of Business Development
With over 23 years of experience in community association management, Myla Moon has been a leading figure in advancing Inframark’s mission to provide top-tier customer service. She is instrumental in developing strategic partnerships with the communities Inframark serves and a valued, long-standing member of our team.
Since 2009, Myla has been at the forefront of the Community Management team’s business development efforts at Inframark, securing approximately 500 association contracts and consulting agreements. She brings expertise in business management, business development, and client engagement. Her focus on client service and proactive communication has helped align Inframark’s resources with client needs to provide valuable solutions and exceptional support.
Myla holds a BA from Point Loma Nazarene University and has volunteered in local and international ministries for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining Inframark, she built a successful property and casualty insurance business, managing 20 employees and 12,000 clients across four offices. Throughout her career, she has played key roles in managing projects, from land development to association management.
