Women of Inframark – Heather Dudek
Please join us in celebrating Heather Dudek, a long-tenured, valued member of our team, as we spotlight her journey in our Women of Inframark series. Heather’s career in the industry began in 2013, with MR Systems, where she initially served as an Administrative Assistant. Reflecting on her early days, Heather recalls, “I began with administrative tasks, but over time, I delved into managing service work and ensuring customer satisfaction. It’s been a journey of growth and learning, and I’m grateful for every opportunity.” In 2021, Heather transitioned to Inframark and has since remained steadfast in her role as a Service Project Manager for the Automation and Intelligence division. Her dedication and passion for her work radiate through every step of her journey.
When discussing her transition to becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Netsuite, Heather’s eyes light up with enthusiasm. “Streamlining service work processes and enhancing customer experiences has been incredibly rewarding,” she shares. “I’m deeply committed to continuous improvement and making a positive impact for not only our customers- but also for our employees.” She also shares that she is excited about the possibilities that lie ahead, particularly the launch of NetSuite, which will allow her to engage more closely with customers again. “I am most passionate about working directly with customers. I value the personal yet professional relationships I’ve built with clients—they even ask about my family,” she shares.
Heather’s dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed, as she references receiving accolades such as the MR President’s Award and MR Systems Founder’s Award. “It’s a humbling experience to be recognized by my peers. These awards serve as a reminder of the value of hard work and dedication,” she remarks with a smile, reflecting on the pride her daughter felt upon hearing about her achievements. “My daughter was so proud to hear what my colleagues said about me. There is always going to be someone who looks up to you, to be that role model for them and have women representation is extremely important.”
Describing the culture at Inframark, Heather expresses gratitude for the sense of belonging and familial atmosphere. “Inframark genuinely cares about our team’s well-being and supports us both personally and professionally,” she says. “It’s not just about me as a service PM; it’s about me as a mom, and that means a lot.” Heather’s journey is a testament to her open-mindedness, dedication, and commitment to excellence. We are proud to have her as part of the Inframark family, embodying our values each day.
